1. THE BIBLE: (Scripture). The Bible is the Holy book made up of the Old and New Testaments. It is inspired Word of God. In it we find the full revelation of God’s will for the salvation of mankind and the authority for the Christian faith. See 1 Tim 2:5, Luke 1:27-35

2. SANCTIFICATION: The Bible tells us that, we should be holy as our father who is in heaven is Holy. It also says without holiness it is impossible to see the Lord. Heb 12:14, 1 These 5:23, 1 Cor 1:30, 2 Cor 3:18. It is also to be set apart for the master’s use.

3. MIRACLES: (Signs and Wonders). Miracles are the divine acts of God that is beyond natural explanation. Its effect cannot be denied by scientific factors. They are usually provoked by revelation of the Word of God with strict adherence to scriptural injunction/instruction.

Channels for the manifestation of miracles are:

  • Laying of hands
  • Prophetic utterances / declaration Mark 11:23
  • Holy communion
  • Anointed materials (oil, handkerchief, water, etc)

4. THE GODHEAD: We believe in God the Father, Son and The Holy Spirit as one God but manifest in three persons and co-equal. John 5:7

God the Father is the sender of the Word; the Son is the Word made flesh the only begotten that has existed with the Father from the inception. 1 Tim 2:5. He is true God and man. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He died on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins. He arose bodily from the dead ascended into heaven, and He is now at the right hand of the Father as our High Priest and Advocate (Heb 7:24-25, Rom 8:34 John 2:1)

5. DIVINE HEALING. Divine healing is the supernatural process of recovering from all manner of diseases, sicknesses and restoration of total health.

6. REDEMPTION. Man is a created being made in the image and likeness of God. But through Adam’s sin man fall and sin came into the world. Jesus Christ, the Son of God was made manifested to undo the works of the devil and gave His life and shed His blood to redeem and restore man to God. (Rom 3:23, Rom 3:10, 1 John 3:8)

7. THE WATER BAPTISM AND BAPTISM IN THE HOLY GHOST: Baptism by immersion is a direct commandment by our Lord Jesus Christ and it is for believers only. It is a symbol of the believers’ identification with Christ death, burial and resurrection. Matt 29:19, Rom 6:4, Acts 8:36-39.

Baptism in the Holy Ghost and fire is a gift by God as promised by the Lord Jesus Christ to all believers in this dispensation and received following the new birth. It is evidence by speaking in other tongues as the Holy Ghost Himself gives utterances. Matt 3:11, Acts 1:8, Acts 2:38-39.

8. THE NEW BIRTH AND ETERNAL LIFE: We believe the new birth is necessary for all men and when experienced produces eternal life. John 3:3-5, 1 John 5:12, and 2 Cor 7:10

9. HELL AND EVERLASTING PURNISHMENT: Anyone who dies in sin without accepting Christ is hopeless and eternally lost in the lake of fire (hell), as he has no future hope of hearing the gospel or repenting. The lake of fire is literal the terms “eternal” and “everlasting” used in describing the duration of the retribution of the damned in the lake of fire carries the same thought and meaning of endless existence of the saints in heaven. Heb 9:27, Rev 19:20

10. RESURECTION OF THE JUST AND RETURN OF THE LORD: This is the bodily resurrection of the dead in Christ to everlasting life. This is called “the blessed hope” 1 These 4:16-17, Acts 1:10-11, Rev 20:6.
